Abstract
The concepts of "Euroregion" and "cross-border cooperation". The level of development of interstate cooperation in the region is analyzed; influence of transboundary cooperation on the development of socio-economic, scientific, technical and cultural-educational relations between the neighboring states; the main directions of existing and prospective activities are outlined; the activities of regional public organizations and companies such as the Izmail Investment Promotion Bureau, the Euroregion Lower Danube and others are described.
