Abstract
This article is a study focusing on an important electronics sector with which we inevitably come into contact almost daily,, who has a tendency to turn around, diversify and increase quality, respectively the TV. There is a discrepancy between the quality offered on the market and that demanded by customers. When the difference is small, it has a stimulating role for the manufacturer, but when it's high, the effect is negative for the customer.
On this sense, the present study performs a comparative quality analysis on a segment of TVs marketed in Romania, which is a main part of the company's management, through which decisions are made regarding the quality strategy in relation to market fluctuations.
