Registration


The Conference runs from Wednesday, May 29 through Friday, May 31, 2012.

Deadlines:
Final paper submission for the Conference Proceedings: April 15, 2013
Notification of acceptance: May 1, 2013
Registration: April 15, 2013

Registration fee includes: conference attendance, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, internet service, meals during the conference and a cruise on the Danube, transportation from Bucharest (Henri Coanda International Airport) to Galati and from the hotel to the University is provided. It does not include any expenses related to accommodation or to the regional trips.

Conference Pricing:
Participants - $250
Presenters - $175
Students - $75 (Students must have a valid I.D.)
Additional Paper – $25
Book of Conference Proceedings – $65

Regional Trip/Sightseeing : - $470
        - Option A: Galati – Transylvania Region (Braşov, Poiana Braşov, Râşnov, Bran) – Bucharest
        - Option B: Galati – Black Sea and Danube Delta (Tulcea, Murighiol, Constanţa, Mamaia) – Bucharest

The fee for the Regional trip includes:
- transportation: Galati - Transylvania Region – Bucharest OR Galati - Black Sea and Danube Delta – Bucharest, according to the trip you choose
- accommodation: one night (June 1) in Poiana Brasov Hotel Alpin OR in Danube Delta Murighiol Puflene Resort, according to the trip you choose, and another night (June 2) in Bucharest Novotel Hotel
- meals during the trip (breakfast on June 2 and June 3, lunch and dinner on June 1 and June 2)
- ticket price for visiting Transylvania Region attractions OR for a boat cruise in Danube Delta (according to the trip you choose) and ticket price for visiting Bucharest attractions.

For those of you choosing one of the two optional trips, please take into consideration making your flight arrangements to leave Romania for no sooner than June 3.

Cancellation/Change Policy: Any cancellation or change must be received and confirmed by the Conference Secretariat (gauc2013@univ-danubius.ro) in official written notice via letter, fax or e-mail before April 22, 2013 for 70% refund of total payment. No refund will be granted after this date or for no-shows. The refund will be processed one month after the conference less the applicable taxes and bank handling charges.
