Abstract

Currently, economics is seen as a moral science, due to the expansion of phenomena such as excessive consumption, irrationality, etc. Despite the fact that classical economics revolves around homo economicus, researchers in the field of behavioral economics have noted that humans are not rational and systematically make certain mistakes. The article defines economic behavior, explains the differences between rational and irrational behavior, and characterizes the behavioral mistakes that ordinary people make in real life. Also, towards the end, we try to highlight how it helps to know the economic theories of future specialists in education in order to achieve professional performance and personal development.
