Once with the Covid 19 pandemic, the whole world was forced to takerapid steps towards technology, by adapting personal and professional activities to thetechnological world, which gives permanent access to information, in a vast storage space. Theprofessional development of the teacher implies today, the transformation of the teachingprocess, by adapting the subject to the digital world.Teacher professionalization implies leaving behind traditional teaching models and developingnew teaching skills. Today's teacher must be connected to the technological evolution, toeverything that appears new in education and education management. He must acquireinformation from the field of interest as quickly as it appears. As society becomes technological, the education process transforms, becomes better organized and easier to scale, but let's notforget that no matter how much we adapt education to the digital world, the student mustremain the focus of the entire process.
