Optimizing Teachers' Work Through the Use of Artificial Intelligence
Last modified: 2025-07-16
Abstract
Technological development supports the educational system by massively scaling up the digitalization of educational units for compulsory and optional subjects. The premises for the use of artificial intelligence at a complex level in the educational environment are represented by the disciplines associated with AI and the optional association of some disciplines to the revolution imposed by technology and to be monitored and verified ethically, morally and deontologically. The generalization of the use of artificial intelligence in teaching activities is imposed by the interdisciplinary flow based on compatible systems capable of including speech recognition, planning, monitoring, evaluation and control of educational processes, adaptation and understanding of natural language, ensuring decision-making and learning experimentation. The activity of teachers can be optimized by using artificial intelligence, from the perspective of the "assistant" to the learning process and to provide recommendations and motivations in the learning processes and to materialize the exchange of ideas in an immediately adaptive way, by creating personalized plans based on the analysis of learning behavior from the perspective of identified needs and abilities.
