Last modified: 2025-07-20
Abstract
The rapid transformation of the digital educational environment brings neuroeducation to the forefront as an emerging field essential for understanding how the human brain responds to new technological paradigms. This paper explores the impact of prolonged screen use, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence on attention, working memory, motivation, and self-regulated learning. Additionally, it analyzes educational strategies that can stimulate positive neuroplasticity, such as multimodal learning, microlearning, adaptive personalized learning, and digital mindfulness practices. The study highlights the urgent need for initial and ongoing teacher training grounded in the principles of neuroeducation to create learning environments that align with the cognitive and emotional development of digital-native students.
