Abstract
Analysis of european law created by jurisprudence wants to have that purpose, the idea of single EU court, based on a comparison of the two main systems of law operating in the present member states of the EU namely: roman-germanic law system and common law system. Observing the relationship between european law and its member states shall determine the existence of relations based on the principle of direct integration of european law in national law of member states and the principle of primordiality of european law on the internal law, principles which was stipulated by the European Court of Justice. More and more, we can see, that in addition to the current territorial globalization is and the globalization of justice, is based on the general principles of law and would represent establish common points for all other existing systems of law, aiming to balance coexistence of all citizens, in order respect for fundamental rights and freedoms
