Analysis of Sources for Financing of Public Projects Accessed by Romania

Abstract
Access to financial resources varies depending on the area of funding, but also on the objective proposed by a specific program. Financial resources in the public domain as well as private financial resources can be accessed only on the basis of a feasibility study demonstrating the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of the resources to be invested. The study presents ways to access the various sources of funding needed for public projects but, more importantly, a number of problems encountered and ways to overcome them.
