The Role of Educational Management

Abstract

In the social system of education  teachers must refer to those they educate, establish cooperative relationships with their parents and other interested party of the society. They not only educate at the department or in the classroom, but through every rational contact with children and parents, they carry out growth and development, leadership activities.The educational message and the values of education are fulfilled  in the practice of conducting education, and the educational activity is not "a mere transmission of data, but the conduct (in the cyber sense)" a complex process of generating sustainable, motivated, finalized and integrated behaviors. "Educational management can be conceived as, from a psychosociological point of view, a social group where, as a result of the interrelationships established between its members, a social reality with multiple consequences on the development of the educational-educational process appears and manifests. Content that gives specificity to the educational management are its determining factors, namely, the recruitment of teachers, teacher training, teaching ethics and the family structure of the student body. Together, these factors can be constituted in conditions of efficiency and success for the theoretical and practical steps taken at managerial level in education.
