In an increasingly digitized and interconnected world, communication skills and linguisticadaptability are becoming increasingly important for children's academic and social success. Inthis sense, language disorders can represent a significant obstacle to realizing their potential andforming a healthy and balanced personality.Language disorders influence children's personality development and the important role ofeducational management in addressing these issues. By examining the current literature andrelevant research, the complex interactions between language disorders and aspects ofpersonality in children are analyzed. The variable impact of language disorders on children'sself-confidence, social adaptability, and emotional behaviors is explored. In addition, educationalmanagement strategies that can be implemented to manage and mitigate the negative impact ofthese disorders on children's personality development are discussed. These strategies includeearly identification of language disorders, specialized intervention, curriculum adaptation, andactive involvement of parents and teachers in the care and education process. By adoptingeffective educational management sensitive to the individual needs of children with languagedisorders, their personal development and their harmonious integration into the school and socialenvironment can be supported.
