Efficient Recycling of Municipal Waste

Abstract
The use of high-performance sorting of municipal waste has led to obtain by means of recycling of a percentage of approximately 43 % reusable materials from the total of waste deposited to landfill. The recycling of waste implies the use in a grate proportion of raw materials that resulting from them sorting. The raw materials obtained by sorting the performance of the waste is used in industries of plastics, metals, glass, textiles, wood etc. By recycling are obtained large economies of energy which would otherwise be used to extract the raw materials of the mining area and with the consequences as regards environmental pollution.
