Recent economic developments of the two cities after the liberalization of the economy and join the European Union have raised posibililior investors and especially the central and local authorities, the possibility of making massive investments in the area, strategic areas, infrastructure and industry and commerce. Taking into account the Romanian economy perfectly reasonable question arises what shall made massive investments here and not elsewhere in the country and that would be their role in regional economic dynamics. Looking into the past can predict how the introduction of certain tax breaks have helped in the past in the growth and development of the entire area.
