Student, MA student or PhD student authors are kindly required to email also the scanned copy of their student identification card.
Any cancellation or change must be received and confirmed by the Conference Secretariat in official written notice via letter (Danubius University of Galati, 3 blvd. Galati, Galati 800654, Romania), fax (+40.372.361.290) or e-mail (eirp2012@univ-danubius.ro) before April 22nd, 2012 for 70% refund of total payment. No refund will be granted after this date or for no-shows. The refund will be processed one month after the conference less the applicable taxes and bank handling charges.

| Participants Fee The fee will cover: workshops attendance, the proceedings on CD, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on May 18th 2012, a Cruise on the Danube. In the case of Papers with Multiple Authors (maximum 4 co-authors per paper), only one author would need to register as Participant and pay the conference registration fee. Other co-authors of the same paper should register separately as accompanying people and pay the accompanying people registration fee, if and only if they also plan to attend the conference. Please don’t forget the following: - When submitting the final paper, state who among the authors will be attending and presenting your paper. Each paper must be presented by at least one author at the conference’s sessions. - Make sure the presenter name is correct as it will be used in the certificate of attendance/presentation. |
