Abstract

Over time, the procedural rules used by European courts and beyond have been clearly established in laws that have been the cornerstone of any legal action.               In recent decades, at the level of each rule of law, both criminal and civil cases, handled by the judiciary, the procedure applied has been without discount the classic one that required the physical presence in the courts of both litigants, their representatives, court panel.               As regards the procedure for the communication of procedural documents and documents in the files, the only possibility of communication was by letter.               Unfortunately, if we talk about the general effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, but at the same time fortunately, if we talk about the particular effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are happy at this moment to create the opportunity for the accelerated digitization of justice.               The entire judiciary has been put in front of the fact that it can no longer continue its activity, a vital activity for any rule of law, the consequence being the adoption of digital media.
