Fraudulent Issuance of Money in Romanian Law

Abstract
In the present paper we proceeded in examining the offense with the mentioned marginal title, considering the provisions in force. We considered the elements of identity, as well as those of difference in relation to the previous law, the constitutive content, the forms, the modalities and respectively some aspects concerning the legislative precedents and the transitional situation. The novelties concern the analysis of the crime in the light of recent doctrine and relevant judicial practice in this area. The paper can be useful for students of specialized schools, as well as for practitioners in the field of criminal law. This paper is part of the university course to be published later at Universul Juridic publishing house this year.
