Abstract
In this paper we have proceeded into examining the crime with the mentioned marginal title, a crime newly introduced in the Romanian law. The examination can be useful for the students of national school, as well as for the practitioners in the field of criminal law. The analysis of this crime represents an absolute novelty element in the Romanian criminal law. The paper is an intrinsic part of the university course to be published in the near future.
