Any cancellation or change must be received and confirmed by the Conference Secretariat in official written notice via letter (Danubius University of Galati, 3 blvd. Galati, Galati 800654, Romania), fax (+40.372.361.290) or e-mail (eirp2011@univ-danubius.ro) before April 20, 2011 for 70% refund of total payment. No refund will be granted after this date or for no-shows. The refund will be processed one month after the conference less the applicable taxes and bank handling charges.

Participants

In the case of Papers with Multiple Authors (maximum 4 co-authors per paper), only one author would need to register as Participant and pay the conference registration fee. Other co-authors of the same paper should register separately and pay the accompanying persons registration fee, if and only if they also plan to attend the conference.
The other co-authors of the same paper are kindly asked not to send the paper and not to register as participant, but to register separately as accompanying person and pay the accompanying persons registration fee, if and only if they also plan to attend the conference.

The registration fee for participants includes: Workshop Attendance, Conference Proceedings, Certificate of Attendance, Coffee breaks, Lunch and Traditional Conference Dinner, a Visit at the Botanical Garden of Galati, a Cruise on the Danube.

Additional Publication Charge

Authors with more than one accepted paper must pay an "Additional Publication Charge" of 25 EURO for each additional paper (max 2 extra papers).
