Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical basis of preparation of the future teachers to the competent authority of the collective interaction of younger students. Presented by the regional student learning experience training technologies aimed at collective interaction of children in the initiation and implementation of regional social projects («Being healthy - it's great», «Pages of history of his native city, his native land»).
