Abstract
This article examines the history of the formation of the working collective of the Soviet Danube Shipping Company. The issue of the role of specialists sent to the Danube Shipping Company in the restoration of the port activity was studied. The working conditions in the shipping company were considered, and the material and living conditions of work were gradually improved. The methods of ideological influence on the workers of the shipping company were analyzed separately: the methods of ideological upbringing and education as well as the role of ideological methods in improving labor efficiency.
