The Legality And Opportunity Of Administrative Acts Of Local Public Authorities

Abstract
It is necessary that an administrative act of authority have a legal effect, for these, it has to meet certain requirements of validity. One of the valid requirements of administrative acts is legality and opportunity.The article includes an analysis of the legality and opportunity of the administrative acts adopted by the local public authorities of the Republic of Moldova, as a condition for their validity.First, it clarifies the definitions of legality and opportunity. Further, the difference between legality and opportunity has been demonstrated for different legal situations of the validity of administrative acts, based on the way they are verified and the effects they produce, including the applicability of the normative acts in this field.
