Abstract
Interest-groups role in educational process is analyzed in the article. The author grounds the importance of interest-groups for student’s harmonic development. The influence of the interest-groups on the forming of students’ personalities and their psychic processes is defined. Harmonic personality oriented learning is an important strategy in educational process, which presupposes student’s skills and talents development, stimulation for an independent work and creativity. This strategy can be successfully realized through students’ activity as during the classes so while the after-school activities.
