Development of Students’ Civil Competencies of Regional Experience of the Ukrainian Danube

Abstract
Some critical aspects of the development of civil competences are highlighted in the article. The advantages of a competent educational paradigm are recognized as by scholars, theorists, so as by practitioners. This is the basic meaning of the "knowledge in action" construct. Under current conditions, when both domestic and foreign experts state the positive dynamics of growth among a significant part of youth of legal nihilism, the issue of development of civil competencies is being actualized. That is why turning to a certain constructive experience in the outlined space are actual. The self-reflection of the acquired experience allows us to characterize some innovative approaches that proved to be effective in developing the civil competencies of the Ukranian Danube Region. In this context, the article presents the positive experience of the Center for Civic Education of the Izmail State Humanitarian University.
