Abstract
Based on the analysis of the basic categories of modern ethnopsychology, the factors of intercultural adaptation of the students of Ukrainian Danube Region are detailed. It is justified to consider the process of developing the professional identity of future psychologists in the context of the formation of their ethnic self-awareness and personal-professional readiness for intercultural interaction.
