Facilitating the Escape in the Romanian Law

Abstract
The present study aimed at examining the crime of facilitating the escape, taking into account the newly introduced provisions in the Romanian law.
As this act was also provided for in the old law, the examination extended to the constitutive content, to the differences and similarities between the two examinations, and to the judicial practice adopted by the Romanian courts in which the previous regulation was considered.
At the same time, we also highlighted the continuity of incrimination of this act in Romanian law.
The novelties consist in examining the offense by reference to the previous regulation, both useful in the process of individualisation.
The work may be useful to both researchers and students or practitioners in this field.
