The Escape in the Romanian Law

Abstract
In the present paper we have investigated the escape crime according to the new incrimination introduced in the Romanian law with the adoption of the new Criminal Code.
During the examination we specifically considered the examination of the constitutive content of this crime, as well as highlighting the changes made in the text already existing in the previous law.
The examination also highlights the elements of differentiation between the two laws, a useful highlight in the judicial practice in the process of individualization of the criminal law sanction to be applied by the court.
The novelties consist in examining the offense, as well as the evolution of incrimination in Romanian law.
The study may be useful to students attending faculty courses as well as practitioners.
