New Reformed Churches in Bessarabia Region

Abstract
The article looks into the reasons and ways of organizing new reformed churches in Bessarabia in the third wave of Reformation in the period beginning with the 1990s. It focuses on the religious pluralism and describes how the new Presbyterian churches began functioning in the cities of Izmail and Belgorod-Dnestrovsky as a result of missionary work of churches from the West. The reasons of the appeal of evangelicalism are explained. Social work of the new planted churches is paid attention to.
