Observations on the Phraseology of the Ukrainian Southern Bessarabia Dialects

Abstract
The article describes the information about the phraseological level of the Ukrainian resettlement dialects spread in Southern Bessarabia. The investigation of dialectal phenomena of phraseological level is very important for establishing the origin and dynamics of these dialects. The author determines the types, areal relevance and heuristic potential of phraseology of the Ukrainian Southern Bessarabia dialects, existing in interfering conditions, tries to find out some results of language contacts on this language level, in particular, preserved phrases – genetic markers and innovations, including transforms and interferems. It is considered that transformations of genetic markers of phraseological units take place in the field of form and meaning. They lead to the emergence of new phrases, their variants, areal relevant both within the region and outside it. The process of phraseologizing, the consolidation of certain phenomenon in phraseology, contributes to the preservation of archaic dialectal phenomena, dialectal features of maternal dialects.
