Abstract

Democracy is the only political current that has become unanimously accepted and is a way of life desired by most people around the world, at least that is the perception of the majority living in areas recognized as being led by democratic governments. The globalization of democracy is the current desideratum of the development of society and the contemporary world is in a continuous transformation due to the advancement of new technologies and digitalization. The explanation of the meanings of the phrases globalization of democracy and democracy of globalization as well as the comparative analysis of the two concepts has been developed in previous works, for which we propose the analysis of the concept of electronic signature and its impact on the contemporary world.

It is very important to calibrate the concepts of law to the new world order so that economic relations take place in real time, but under the legal order necessary for partnerships created to last in time. The electronic signature is one of the most important components of the legal order and it is important to understand the novelty aspects that it brings in domestic and international (globalizing) legal relations.
