The process of forming the professional culture of future masters of preschool education is complicated today by a number of circumstances, including the prevalence of online format in education due to general quarantine, different technical conditions of all participants in the educational process, heterogeneous level of digital-skills development of both students and teachers, lack of necessary conditions for full-fledged communication of students in the educational process, etc. Under such conditions, the issues of finding new forms of interaction in the educational process, the involvement of innovative forms and methods in the process of education of future masters of preschool education has become relevant.

Based on the provisions of the State Standard of Preschool Education, the Professional Standard of the Head of a Preschool Education Institution, the future employee in the field of preschool education must develop both general and professional competencies. A special place in this issue is occupied by the problem of the development of social and communicative competencies of future specialists in the conditions of the Lower Danube Euroregion cooperation.
