Based on the provisions of the State Standard of Preschool Education, the Professional Standard of the Head of a Preschool Education Institution, the future employee in the field of preschool education must develop both general and professional competencies. A special place in this issue is occupied by the problem of the development of social and communicative competencies of future specialists in the conditions of the Lower Danube Euroregion cooperation.
