Abstract

The Basic component of preschool education emphasizes the provision of preschool students with the necessary resources for their full education, development and training, the formation of necessary life and social skills. All this is possible under the condition of the development of the cognitive and developmental environment in the preschool institution. To perform the above functions, the future educator must be professionally trained, have the necessary skills and competencies.

That is why in the process of vocational training of future pedagogical workers in the Danube region special attention is paid to the intensification of creative thinking, involvement of students in project activities, development of pedagogical portfolios and integrative programmes in cross-border cooperation.
