Abstract

International public opinion is concerned. currently, of the socioeconomic consequences of the emergence and escalation of conflicts between the states of the world, but not only. The states of the world have corresponding economic, social, political and military interests. Those who suffer the most are prisoners of war, hostages, or refugees, for which the interest of international public opinion is a major one in protecting those who are affected by war. Democracy and education, good practices and religion promote the acceptance of those who are somewhat different, but the adversities and intensity with which certain states, interest groups or even communities act on the international political scene is worrying, especially when ethnic and religious arguments are considered.
