Synergistic Approach to the Study of the Essence of Social Problems

Abstract
The article investigates the essence and the contentof the concept "social problems”. The gist and the novelty of the synergetic approach have been revealed. The synergetic approach has been identified as one of the fundamental methods of social problems study and solution. The principal quantitative and qualitative parameters of the social problems have been highlighted.
