Abstract
The paper addresses the issue of education in the use of digital technologies from the perspective of public administration and e-government, in the current post-pandemic context. Digital education is necessary for citizens and civil servants, which is why a series of government measures have been adopted in Romania for digital skills in general, and education in particular. Also, the study analyzes the way of implementing the measures adopted in Romania to develop the digital skills of officials and employees of public authorities, as well as their implications on the future development of e-government.
