Abstract

In such rapidly changing social conditions, today's school has to face new and particularly complex tasks, as it is called upon to prepare young people for a life that will unfold in conditions that are still unknown and increasingly complex. At every stage of society's development, education must be a dynamic body that is constantly innovating and capable of adapting to the changes taking place in social life.

The student of nowadays and tomorrow will no longer be the "object", but the "subject" of education and in order to reach the educational ideal, he will be first and foremost activated during educational activities.

In this respect, a particularly important role is played by the teacher in generating a climate of confidence in the possibilities of the individual to combat the inferiority complex experienced by many of those who cannot achieve high performance and also to combat the attitude of uniformity of learning and development conditions for individuals capable of performance.
