Abstract

Hybrid learning combines traditional elements with online learning technology, given that, in general, post-pandemic conditions have contributed to the development of a series of changes and adjustments to the dimensions of the new curriculum. Thus, through this communication, we propose to highlight dimensions such as: the flexibility of learning by adapting the curriculum to the needs of students; the integration of new technologies in the educational instructional process; the development of the digital skills of the teaching staff as well as of the students; stimulating learning by integrating collaborative projects that stimulate students' team communication; the relevance and applicability of learning because it must be closely related to the practical contexts of everyday life, and last but not least, the development of socio-emotional skills, because they consider skills such as: empathy, effective communication, collaboration, resilience and managing emotions.
