Abstract
The major objective of this research paper is to Iinvestigate the impact of environmental factors on bank management and its implications. The role of banks in the economy is very important considering that they play the role of financial intermediaries. However, the activity of the banking system is influenced by monetary policy. Thus, in order to ensure the controlled dynamics of the level of liquidity in the economy, the state intervenes through the national bank. On the other hand, the competitive environment determines a significant influence on the level of banking performance and banking management strategies.
