Effective Learning in a New Context: Digitization

Abstract
The rapid changes taking place globally in all fields of activity are mainly generated by the level of education, information and competence of today's generation. Traditional learning is the foundation on which the education of the present times is built. There is an interdependence between traditional and digital learning. Traditional learning should not be minimized or excluded, but it needs improvement for quality education. Effective learning in the context of digitization requires the application of some measures, the most important of which is the free training of teaching staff in the IT field, along with the necessary infrastructure for an innovative, student-centered education.
