The Importance of Paraverbal Communication in Didactic Communication for the Communication and Public Relations Specialization

Abstract

Didactic communication involves the interaction between sender and receiver with the aim of transmitting information, forming skills and competences, therefore this process is dependent on the relationship that is established between the teaching staff and the student. The unit of information with the relational dimension is the basis of didactic communication, especially in the field of communication and public relations where, in addition to the transmission of specific information, emphasis is placed on the development of communicative competence, imagination, creativity, interpretation. The paper analyzes the role that paraverbal communication has in the stability of the relationship with the receivers and how it facilitates the transmission of information through the co-sharing of the transmitted meanings and the formation of the model of behavior necessary in the relationship profession.
