It is scientifically proven that students who are able to overcome disappointments learning. Promoting resilience in students helps develop stress management skills and improve academic performance and mental health.

Adaptability to change, resilient students are able to adapt to new circumstances and quickly learn the necessary skills to deal with emerging challenges Resilience also includes the ability to set clear and achievable goals, make plans and stay motivated in despite the difficulties encountered on the way. Social and emotional support is an important component of development, students who benefit from social and emotional support from teachers, parents and peers tend to be more resilient.
