Abstract
Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) is a critical component of education that focuses on the development of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Integrating SEL in a virtual school setting involves creating opportunities for students to develop self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Key aspects and strategies for effectively implementing SEL in a virtual environment involves self-awareness, relationship skills,self-management, responsible decision-making, social awareness. A case study for implementing social-emotional learning (SEL) in a virtual school, in order to support students’ emotional well-being and enhance their interpersonal skills, is analyzed, including its objectives, implementation strategy and results.
