Abstract
Study material presented as a basis for reflection, and formal logic, modal query from the perspective of the theory of economic systems, with the aim of understanding the phenomena and processes specific to the respective paradigms of economic development based on the principle of optimality, versus that of new paradigms, sustainability, targeting not only the present but the future economic and social, of consequence, perpetuating the economic processes on a temporal horizon that is accessible to other generations.
