Abstract

The study analyzes corruption offenses from a double perspective – both synchronically and diachronically, starting from the provisions of the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption. Thus, the bribery offenses are is under discussion, underlining the novelty aspects regulated by the new Criminal Code, in particular regarding the non-incrimination as a crime distinct from bribery of the act of receiving  undue benefits and the non-incrimination of bribery through non-rejection of the proposal from the old Criminal Code.The prevention and combating of corruption, as a whole, of bribery in particular, are not only desired, they are more than that, a pressing necessity, of the highest rank in the human society
