Abstract

Pedagogical management represents that pedagogical science, elaborated by an interdisciplinary research strategy, engaged in the study of the events that intervene in the decision to organize a certain pedagogical activity and in the management of the educational programs.The functions of the pedagogical management highlight the contributions of the management of the school / university institution to the achievement of the objectives of the education system within the current and future society. The principles of pedagogical management designate the initial normative lines necessary for the social efficiency of the activity of permanent formation-development of the personality at all the hierarchical levels, vertical and horizontal, of the system and of the education process. Pedagogical management becomes, by definition, quality management, employing the functions of global-optimal-innovative management of education and their corresponding structures at all levels of the system. Performing a purpose analysis; the objectives and axioms of the communication we can synthesize some norms necessary for the effective communication of the managers. This requires the use of active listening, clear and concise expression, maintaining visual contact, use and decoding of non-verbal messages, paraphrasing the expression of feelings, strategic use of pauses and silence.
