Persuasion Tactics In Negotiation. Case Study On Life Care

Abstract
This article presents the persuasion tactics identified by Robert Cialdini and their use in negotiation. The paper is structured in three sections: the first deals with the bargaining power, the second describes the persuasion tactics and in the third we conducted a case study for using these tactics in the sales of a company with two major distribution channels: an online shop and a sales team. This company is Life Care who focuses on natural, organic and vegan products in the health, self-care and nutrition sector of retail.
