Abstract

The accelerated development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies has profoundly transformed the ways individuals communicate, interact, and build social relationships. From conversational agents and recommendation algorithms to automated content generation systems, AI increasingly mediates human interaction in both personal and professional contexts.

The study analyzes the opportunities offered by AI, including faster information exchange, personalized communication, accessibility improvements, and support for intercultural interaction. At the same time, it investigates the risks associated with excessive technological mediation, such as reduced emotional depth, depersonalization of dialogue, algorithmic manipulation, misinformation, and growing dependence on automated systems.

Particular attention is given to the ethical and social implications of replacing direct human interaction with AI-driven communication tools.
