Abstract

Contemporary educational systems are undergoing rapid transformations, which increase the need for coherent and sustainable approaches to innovation. Objectives: This paper examines the systemic approach to the valorization of innovations in education, aiming to highlight how a holistic perspective enhances the effectiveness, coherence, and sustainability of educational change. Prior Work: The study builds on systems theory and contemporary research in educational change, which emphasize interdependence, feedback, and the role of organizational culture in shaping innovation processes. Approach: The research adopts a theoretical and analytical approach, supported by the interpretation of relevant literature and the examination of educational practices. It explores the interactions between key components of the educational system and the conditions required for successful innovation. Results: The findings show that innovations implemented through a systemic perspective are more coherent, better integrated, and more likely to produce sustainable outcomes. Fragmented approaches, by contrast, often lead to inefficiency and resistance to change. Implications: The study highlights the need for coordinated strategies involving teachers, school management, and the wider community. It provides useful insights for educators, researchers, and decision-makers interested in improving the implementation of innovation in education. Value: The paper contributes by offering an integrated framework for understanding innovation as a systemic process, emphasizing the importance of alignment between educational components and the broader context.
