11.30 - 12.00 Presentation of the questionnaires
a. analysis objectives
b. the structure of each of the three questionnaires
c. analysis methodology and important and relevant information/relations
12.00 - 12.30 Organisation (timeframe and methodology) regarding the questionnaires submission
12.30 - 13.00 Collecting, data input and analysis of the results
