The fee will cover: workshops attendance, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and lunch.

In the case of Papers with Multiple Authors (maximum 4 co-authors per paper), only one author would need to register as Participant and pay the conference registration fee. Other co-authors of the same paper should register separately as accompanying people and pay the accompanying people registration fee, if and only if they also plan to attend the conference.

The other co-authors of the same paper are kindly asked not to send the paper and not to register as participant, but to register separately as accompanying person and pay the accompanying people registration fee, if and only if they also plan to attend the conference.

Please don’t forget the following:

-        When submitting the final paper, state who among the authors will be attending and presenting your paper. Each paper must be presented by at least one author at the conference’s sessions.

-        Make sure the presenter name is correct as it will be used in the certificate of attendance/presentation.
