Abstract
Transmission succession is based on the traditional principle of blood relationship that exists between members of the same family. Thus, kinship-based lineage is the connection of a person from another person or that more people have a common ancestor.
In this article the author intended to show the importance and highlight the particularities of this Institution in the sistem of Civil Law. Also, he intended to cover the lakes that he had identified in the law by offering answers to some delicate questions theoretical and practice.
